Football Trial Camps – Rules & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Football Trial Camp

The Football Trial Camp is designed to provide players with professional training, assessment, exposure and opportunities to attend trials, evaluations or scouting activities with football clubs and organizations. The program may include:

• Professional football training
• Technical and tactical development
• Physical and fitness assessment
• Football skills evaluation
• Position-specific training
• Friendly and competitive matches
• Player performance assessment
• Scouting and player evaluation
• Club trials and training sessions where available
• Meetings with coaches, scouts or club representatives
• Player profile and football CV preparation
• Photography and video recording for football-related purposes
• Opportunities for recommendation or introduction to clubs

2. Player Eligibility

Players must provide accurate information regarding:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Country of residence
• Football position
• Playing foot
• Current or previous club
• Football experience
• Medical and fitness information where required
• Passport or identification information
• Emergency contact details

The agency reserves the right to reject or cancel an application if information is false, incomplete or misleading. Players currently registered with a club must disclose their status and must not represent themselves as a free agent if contractually registered.

3. International Players

International players are responsible for providing valid travel documents and complying with the immigration requirements of the destination country. The player is responsible for:

• Valid passport
• Visa or other required entry authorization
• Immigration requirements
• Residence requirements where applicable
• Immigration extensions
• Departure requirements
• Any government immigration fees payable by the player

Providing an invitation letter or assistance with visa documentation does not guarantee visa issuance or entry. The final decision belongs to the relevant immigration and border authorities. The player must never provide false information to immigration authorities.

4. Visa and Immigration Compliance

Players must comply with all visa and immigration instructions communicated by the agency. Where the destination country requires immigration registration, stamp, extension, residence application or other procedure, the player must complete it within the legally required period.

• Any immigration fines, penalties, extensions, residence fees or other government charges resulting from the player's failure to comply are the player's responsibility
• If a player remains illegally or violates immigration regulations, the agency may terminate participation
• The agency is not responsible for consequences caused by the player's failure to comply with immigration laws

5. Registration and Payment

• A player's place is confirmed only after required registration and payment conditions are completed and confirmation is received from the agency
• All payments must be made through the officially communicated payment method
• Players must keep all payment receipts and official confirmations
• Payments to unauthorized persons, agents or third parties are at the player's own risk
• No additional payments for guaranteed contracts unless officially approved by the agency

6. Program Fees

The camp fee may include, depending on the selected package:

• Football training
• Trial organization
• Player assessment
• Training facilities
• Match participation
• Accommodation where stated
• Meals where stated
• Local transportation where stated
• Training equipment where stated
• Player profile preparation
• Administrative support

Exact services are those stated in the official booking confirmation or invoice. Any service not specifically included may be charged separately.

7. Accommodation

Where accommodation is included, the player must respect the rules of the hotel, apartment, residence or provider and must:

• Keep accommodation clean
• Respect other residents and quiet hours
• Protect furniture and property
• Follow check-in and check-out rules
• Avoid unauthorized guests and property damage
• Report any damage immediately

Players may be required to pay for intentional or negligent damage. The agency may change accommodation to another property of similar standard when operational circumstances require it.

8. Player Behaviour

Players must behave professionally and respect coaches, teammates, opponents, staff, club representatives, accommodation staff, local laws, customs, camp schedules and reasonable instructions.

Strictly prohibited:

• Fighting
• Threatening or abusing another person
• Discrimination, harassment, bullying
• Theft, property damage, weapons, illegal drugs, any illegal activity, serious misconduct, intoxication affecting activities

9. Training Attendance

• Players must attend all scheduled training, assessments and matches unless permission is granted
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled activity
• Repeated lateness or unexplained absence may affect evaluation and opportunities

10. Player Fitness

• Players are expected to arrive physically prepared
• Inform the agency before participation of any injury or medical restriction
• Medical clearance may be requested; players must not participate against medical advice
• No guarantee of fitness throughout the entire camp

11. Medical Conditions and Injuries

Players participate at their own risk and must provide truthful medical information. If injured:

• Camp staff may provide reasonable initial assistance
• Player may be referred to a medical professional; treatment may be arranged
• Medical, hospital, medication and specialist costs may be the player's responsibility unless expressly included

Players are strongly advised to obtain travel and sports medical insurance. The agency does not guarantee personal insurance will cover every expense.

12. Trials with Clubs

The agency may arrange opportunities for club training sessions, trial sessions, scouting events, friendly matches, academy evaluations, assessments and meetings. A trial is an opportunity for evaluation, not a guarantee of selection — the final decision belongs to the club.

13. No Guarantee of Contract

Participation does not guarantee:

• Professional / semi-professional / club contract, transfer, registration, salary, sponsorship, scholarship, visa approval, club acceptance, scout selection, or specific number of trials

Clubs make their own sporting, financial and registration decisions.

14. Player Performance Evaluation

Players may be evaluated on: technical ability, ball control, passing, dribbling, finishing, first touch, tactical understanding, decision making, speed, agility, strength, endurance, position-specific performance, teamwork, discipline, mental attitude.

The evaluation assists the agency and clubs; it does not guarantee a club offer.

15. Player Profile and Media

The agency may create a professional profile containing name, age, nationality, position, height/weight, football history, skills, statistics, photographs, training/match videos, football CV.

Photographs and videos taken during the camp may be used for legitimate promotional, scouting and football-business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Players may request clarification regarding use of personal information.

16. Social Media

• Must not publish false, defamatory or misleading information about the agency, clubs, coaches, staff or other players
• Must not publish confidential information about negotiations, contracts, private meetings, personal information, internal matters or private documents
• Obtain permission before publishing confidential club or agency material

17. Player Passport and Documents

Players must provide authentic documents including passport, national ID, birth certificate where required, registration documents, club release documents, medical documents, parental authorization for minors, visa and travel documents. The agency may refuse players with false or altered documents; the player remains responsible for authenticity.

18. Current Club / Contract Status

A player with a current club contract must disclose this before negotiating with another club and must not hide contracts, falsify status, sign conflicting agreements, encourage violations or provide false registration information.

International transfers and registrations may be subject to FIFA regulations and national association rules. FIFA's transfer system recognizes registration history and training-related obligations.

19. Player Agent / Representation

Participation does not automatically create an exclusive representation agreement unless a separate written agreement is signed. Where signed, that agreement applies. Any agent activity requiring a licence must comply with FIFA and national regulations.

20. Communication with Clubs

• Players must provide accurate contact information
• If contacted directly for an opportunity introduced via the agency, inform the agency
• Must not misrepresent relationships with clubs or the agency

21. Travel and Transportation

• Follow the official travel schedule when transportation is included; be present at agreed meeting point/time
• Missing transportation due to personal reasons may incur additional costs
• Not responsible for delays caused by airlines, airports, border authorities, traffic, weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control

22. Flights

Unless specifically stated, international and domestic flights are not included. Players are responsible for booking, baggage, airport charges, changes, missed flights and cancellation charges. Do not purchase non-refundable tickets before official travel/visa confirmation.

23. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The refund policy is stated on the invoice or booking confirmation. Eligibility may depend on cancellation date, visa status, camp start date, services provided, accommodation/transportation reservations, trial arrangements and third-party charges. Services already provided or non-refundable third-party expenses may not be refundable. Failure to attend without notice does not automatically create refund rights. If the agency cancels, it will communicate refund, transfer or alternative arrangements per booking terms.

24. Visa Refusal

If visa or entry authorization is refused, official evidence must be provided where required. Any refund is handled per cancellation/refund policy. Visa refusal does not automatically mean all payments are refundable — non-refundable administrative and third-party costs may have been incurred.

25. Camp Cancellation or Change

The agency may modify training locations, match schedules, accommodation, training times, coaches, trial dates and transportation due to weather, facility availability, club schedules, government requirements, transportation problems or operational circumstances, with reasonable efforts to provide alternatives.

26. Disciplinary Action

Depending on seriousness:

• Verbal warning
• Written warning
• Restrict participation
• Remove from accommodation
• Suspend from camp
• Cancel participation
• Remove without refund
• Report serious incidents to appropriate authorities where legally required

28. Minor Players Under 18

For players under 18, additional documentation and safeguards may be required: parental authorization, parent ID, birth certificate, passport, emergency contact, accommodation/supervision details, medical and travel authorization.

FIFA has specific rules concerning minors and international registration/transfer, including parental authorization and accommodation/care documentation. Participation does not itself authorize an international transfer or registration — it must comply with FIFA and national association regulations.

29. Parents and Guardians

For minors, parents/guardians must provide truthful information and cooperate regarding travel, accommodation, medical matters, emergencies, documentation, trials and registration requirements. The agency may contact them regarding important matters.

30. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for passport, money, phone, laptop, equipment, jewelry, personal documents and valuables. Use hotel security facilities where available. The agency is not responsible for loss or theft due to failure to secure items.

31. Damage to Property

A player who intentionally or negligently damages hotel, apartment, training facilities, vehicles, club property or equipment may be required to pay repair or replacement costs.

32. Alcohol, Drugs and Illegal Substances

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and must comply with host-country laws — involvement may cause immediate termination. Alcohol is restricted by age, local law, accommodation and camp rules.

33. Anti-Doping

Players must comply with applicable anti-doping rules, inform medical professionals they are football players subject to anti-doping regulations, and verify any medication or supplement affecting eligibility.

34. Respect for Football Integrity

Players must not participate in match manipulation, betting where prohibited, bribery, offering money to influence selection, false representation, forgery or unlawful transfer arrangements. Suspected serious violations may be reported to football or legal authorities.

35. No Unauthorized Payments to Club Staff

Players must not pay coaches, scouts, club employees or others for guaranteed selection unless part of an officially documented lawful service. No one is authorized to guarantee a contract.

36. Emergency Situations

In an emergency, the agency may take reasonable action to protect health and safety. Players must provide emergency contact before travelling and immediately inform the agency of serious injury, hospitalization, passport loss, arrest/detention, immigration problems, serious illness, missing player or immediate danger.

37. Compliance with Local Law

Players must comply with host-country laws. The agency cannot protect players from legal consequences of personal illegal conduct. If arrested or detained, reasonable administrative assistance may be offered but legal representation or release is not guaranteed.

38. Force Majeure

The agency is not responsible for failure or delay beyond reasonable control including war, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, severe weather, airport closure, transportation disruption, club cancellation, facility closure or government/immigration decisions. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternatives.

39. No Guarantee of Sporting Outcome

Selection is subjective and depends on ability, position requirements, club needs, age, fitness, tactical requirements, squad availability, registration rules, budget, competition level and coach decisions — no outcome can be guaranteed.

40. Club Decisions

The agency does not control independent club decisions. A club may accept, reject, invite for further assessment, request documents, offer a contract, offer different terms or end the trial.

41. Confidentiality

Players must respect confidential information including club negotiations, contract terms, internal reports, other players' personal information, scouting reports, private communications and business information, and must not disclose without authorization.

42. Data Protection

The agency may collect and process player information necessary for registration, camp administration, accommodation, travel, trial organization, scouting, club communication, profile creation and legal compliance. For minors, additional information may be required for safeguarding and registration, including identity, accommodation/care and parental authorization per FIFA. Data is handled per applicable data-protection laws.

43. Player Responsibility for Information

Players confirm all information supplied is accurate and must immediately notify the agency of any change affecting passport, visa, address, phone, club/contract status, medical condition, emergency contact or travel arrangements.

44. Breach of These Conditions

If the player violates these Rules & Conditions, the agency may terminate participation, resulting in loss of training access, accommodation, transportation, trial opportunities and camp services. Any refund is determined per refund policy and circumstances of the breach.

45. Player Acknowledgement

By registering for the Football Trial Camp, the player confirms that:

• I have read these Rules & Conditions
• I understand participation does not guarantee a professional contract
• I understand club selection is not controlled by the agency
• I agree to follow camp rules and respect all parties
• I agree to comply with local laws
• I will provide truthful documents and information
• I understand visa and immigration responsibilities
• I understand accommodation rules
• I understand refund and cancellation conditions
• I understand medical and injury provisions
• I understand additional FIFA or national football regulations may apply
• I agree to comply with applicable football regulations
