1 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or any service provided by Ayman Sports Agency, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2 Our Services

Ayman Sports Agency provides professional sports services including but not limited to:

• Football trial programs
• International training camps
• Team training camps
• Player registration and representation
• Coach registration and placement
• Club partnership services
• Sports tourism & hotel reservations
• Airport transfers & visa invitation letters
• Friendly match organization & consulting

The Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3 Eligibility

To register for any program:

• Applicants must provide accurate and complete information.
• Players under 18 years of age must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Participants must possess a valid passport where international travel is required.
• Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of the selected program.

4 Registration & Confirmations

Registration is not considered complete until:

• The application has been reviewed and approved.
• Required identification documents have been received.
• The required deposit or payment has been made.
• Written confirmation has been issued by Ayman Sports Agency.

5 Football Trials Policy

Participation in a football trial does not guarantee:

• Selection by any football club.
• A professional contract or academy placement.
• Representation by Ayman Sports Agency.

Selection decisions are made solely by the visiting technical staff and clubs.

6 Payments & Deposits

Payments include registration fees, trial package deposits, accommodation, and travel logistics. All bookings are confirmed upon payment clearance. Deposits may be non-refundable according to third-party hotel and venue policies.

7 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a participant cancels, deposits and fees may be subject to administrative charges. If Ayman Sports Agency cancels a program, eligible participants will be offered an alternative program, rescheduling, or a refund of eligible amounts paid.

8 Visa & Immigration

Where applicable, the Agency provides supporting visa invitation letters. Visa approval remains strictly at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate authority.

9 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Egypt.
